Do we accept Credit Cards??
The only way we can accept credit cards is through paypal. That way we do not see your card details so it is much safer for you. You can use a MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo and American Express to fund your PayPal payment. You can also use a Diner's Card, provided it has the mastercard logo on it. Full details can be found by clicking on the paypal logo below

Discounts
Do we give any discounts?
All our prices are the lowest we can sell the items at, so we are unable to provide discounts.

Genuine Products
Are all our products new, unused, sealed and genuine?
Yes they are. They are not second hand! All CD's and DVD are sealed and unused. Our cables for Garmin GPS's are the ePlug brand which are less expensive than the Garmin ones, but they are not inferior quality. GPS's are brand new and in their original packaging

Payment By Cheque or Postal Order
Do we accept payment by cheque or Postal Order??
Yes of course we do. Simply place your order and when asked for a payment method, please select "Cheque" or "Postal Order". When your order is placed please send your cheque or postal order to the address below make it payable to "Nav-e-gate4less"

Payment Terms
What are our accepted payment terms?? We only accept payment by Paypal, Cheque or Postal Orders. We do not accept Purchase Orders, or Credit Cards. Once payment is fully received and cleared, we despatch orders.

Do prices on the webpage include Value Added Tax?
No. Nav-e-gate4less is not VAT registered, so no VAT will be added.

Warranties
Do the products we sell come with any guarantees??
Yes they do.
Hardware items (GPS's and cables) come with one years manufacturer's guarantee.
Software items
Each of the software manufacturers have different conditions. Generally, if the disk is defective it can be replaced within 30 days, on production of a valid sales receipt.
