You can cancel this order within 7 days after you have received it, provided that it is unopened and still in a resellable condition. Items should be returned in their original packaging. All items, except software, come with a manufacturer's warranty of one year. Please note that software items only come with a 30 day guarantee. If your item becomes faulty during these timescales, please return the item for a replacement. Please note that software items which are opened and which are not faulty cannot be accepted for a return. Please note that all costs for returning the item shall be borne by the purchaser. All items returned will be inspected and tested. If a returned item it proven not to be faulty, we shall charge a £15 inspection fee. The item will be returned to you once this fee has been paid. |
